Çalışma ve Sosyal Güvenlik Bakanı Vedat Işıkhan ile TİSK Genel Başkanı Özgür Burak Akkol, Türkiye Metal Sanayicileri Sendikası Genel Merkezi’nde önemli bir imza törenine katıldı. İmza töreninde, kadınlar, gençler, engelliler ve özel politika gerektiren bireyler için aktif iş gücü programları başlatılması ve önümüzdeki 5 yıl içinde TİSK’e üye iş yerlerinde 100 bin kişiye istihdam sağlanması hedeflendi.
Bakan Işıkhan, Türkiye İş Kurumu (İŞKUR) ve TİSK ile işbirliğinin nitelikli işgücünün temin edilmesine yönelik önemli bir adım olduğunu belirtti. Ayrıca, dijitalleşmenin ve sürdürülebilirlik ilkesinin iş dünyasında önem kazandığı bir dönemde, işgücünün bu yeni koşullara uyum sağlamasının kaçınılmaz bir zorunluluk olduğunu vurguladı.
Bakan Işıkhan, özellikle kadınların işgücüne daha etkin katılımını sağlamak amacıyla ‘İş Pozitif Kadın İstihdamı Programı’ kapsamında bugüne kadar 470 bin kadını çalışma hayatına kazandırdıklarını ve bu programın güçlenerek devam edeceğini belirtti.
Engelli istihdamının önemli bir konu olduğunu vurgulayan Bakan Işıkhan, TİSK üyesi işverenlerin projelerini destekleyerek engelli kardeşlerimizin istihdam edilmesine katkı sağlayacaklarını açıkladı. Ayrıca, her yıl farklı bir tema ile engelli hibe çağrılarına çıkmayı hedeflediklerini ve bu yılın temasının ‘otizmli bireyler’ olduğunu belirtti.
İş Kanunu’nda yer alan engelli çalıştırma yükümlülüğünün kontrolünü kolaylaştırmak amacıyla ‘Çalışan Bildirim Sistemi’ni hayata geçireceklerini söyleyen Bakan Işıkhan, işverenlerin engelli çalıştırma yükümlülüğünü otomatik olarak tespit ederek engelli açığının kapatılmasına yardımcı olacaklarını ifade etti.
TİSK Başkanı Özgür Burak Akkol da, TİSK olarak ülkemize ve çalışma hayatına destek olmayı önemsediklerini ve bu projenin hayata geçirilmesinde emeği geçen herkese teşekkür etti. Somut konular, projeler ve icraatlar üzerinde çalışmayı seven bir aile olduklarını belirten Akkol, bu iş birliğinin ülkenin rekabet gücünü artırarak geleceğin işgücünü şekillendireceğine inandıklarını dile getirdi.
