Ukrayna ve Rusya Arasındaki Çatışma Gaz Fiyatlarını Etkiliyor
Ukrayna ordusunun Rus toprağı Kursk bölgesine saldırıları sonrasında, Rusya-Ukrayna orduları arasında şiddetli çatışmalar yaşanıyor. Bu çatışmaların bir sonucu olarak Ukrayna’nın, Suca doğal gaz giriş noktasına saldırdığı iddia ediliyor. Suca gaz giriş noktası, Rus gazının Ukrayna’ya tek giriş noktası olup, Ukrayna sistemine giren doğal gaz Avrupa Birliği’ne de gönderiliyor.
ING Think’in araştırmasına göre, Suca giriş noktasından günlük yaklaşık 42 milyon metreküp doğal gaz akışı gerçekleşiyor. Ancak, çatışmalar nedeniyle bu bölgeden gaz transitinde aksaklık yaşanma riski, fiyatlara artış olarak yansıyor.
Avrupa’daki gaz ticaret noktası TTF’de fiyatlar yükseliş eğilimini sürdürüyor. Eylül vadeli kontratlarda fiyatlar artış göstererek haftayı yüzde 10 artışla 40,4 euroyla kapattı. Bu, son 8 ayın en yüksek seviyesi olarak kaydedildi.
Analistlere göre, piyasa Ukrayna üzerinden gaz transit anlaşmasının bu yıl sonunda biteceğine hazırlıklı olsa da, çatışmalar nedeniyle gaz tedarikinin erken kaybedilmesi sistem için bir şok olabilir.
Rus enerji şirketi Gazprom’un Temsilcisi Sergey Kupriyanov, çatışmaların doğal gaz fiyatlarında artışa neden olduğunu belirterek, gaz fiyatlarındaki yükseliş eğiliminin devam edeceğini ifade etti.
Ukrayna’nın, Avrupa’ya giden Rus doğal gazının üçte birinin geçtiği Sohranivka dağıtım noktasında sevkiyatı durdurmasının ardından gaz akışı sadece Suca noktasından devam ediyor. Bu durum, gaz fiyatlarının gelecekteki seyri üzerinde belirleyici olabilir.
