Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanı Alparslan Bayraktar ve Shell CEO’su Wael Sawan Arasındaki Anlaşma
Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanı Alparslan Bayraktar, Shell CEO’su Wael Sawan ile gerçekleştirdiği görüşmenin ardından yaptığı açıklamada, Türkiye’nin doğal gaz ihtiyacının yarısını LNG gemileri aracılığıyla karşılayabilecek durumda olduğunu belirtti. Bayraktar, komşu ülkeler ve uluslararası şirketlerle yapılan çalışmaların sonuç verdiğini dile getirdi.
Anlaşma Detayları
Bayraktar, yapılan anlaşma kapsamında 2027 yılından itibaren 10 yıl sürecek bir dönemde yıllık yaklaşık 4 milyar metreküp doğal gazın toplam 40 adet LNG kargosu ile Türkiye’ye teslim edileceğini açıkladı. Bu anlaşmanın sadece bir alım-satım işlemi olmadığını, aynı zamanda dolum limanından teslim alma ve Avrupa terminallerine boşaltım yapma gibi opsiyonlarla bölgesel ve küresel ticaret imkanları sunacağını vurguladı. BOTAŞ’ın gemilerle LNG taşımacılığı alanında yeni kabiliyetler kazanacağını belirten Bayraktar, bölgesel doğal gaz ticaretindeki rolünün güçleneceğini ifade etti.
Türkiye’nin Arz Kapasitesi
Bayraktar, Türkiye’nin altyapı yatırımları ile 70-80 milyar metreküp doğal gaz arzı sağlayabilecek durumda olduğunu belirtti. Bulgaristan, Macaristan, Romanya ve Sırbistan’a doğal gaz ihraç ettiklerini ve Singapur’dan yola çıkan yüzer üretim depolama ve tahliye platformunun (FPSO) bu ay sonunda Türkiye’ye ulaşacağını dile getirdi. Sakarya Gaz Sahası’ndan günlük 4,5 milyon hanenin gaz ihtiyacını karşılayacak 10 milyon metreküplük üretim yapacak olan bu tesisin Türkiye’ye büyük katkı sağlayacağını belirtti.
