Türkiye Ziraat Odaları Birliği Genel Başkanı Şemsi Bayraktar, biber, kabak, karpuz, fıstık, badem ve domatesteki fiyat düşüşleri ve pazarlama sorunları hakkında basın açıklaması yaptı.
Bayraktar, Türkiye Ziraat Odaları Birliği olarak çiftçilerin sorunlarını gündeme getirip çözüm aradıklarını belirtti. Çiftçilerin artan maliyetler ve iklim koşullarına rağmen üretmeye devam ettiğini vurguladı.
Ağustos ayı itibarıyla birçok tarımsal üründe hasat devam ederken çiftçilerin ürünlerini pazarlayamadığını ve düşük fiyatlarla karşılaştıklarını dile getiren Bayraktar, bu durumun çiftçileri mağdur ettiğini ve gelecek sezon tüketicilerin daha yüksek fiyatlarla karşılaşabileceğini belirtti.
Biber üretiminin artmasına rağmen tüketimin aynı oranda artmaması nedeniyle biber fiyatlarının düştüğünü ifade eden Bayraktar, kabak, karpuz, fıstık, badem ve domates gibi ürünlerde de benzer sorunların yaşandığını söyledi.
Kabakların iç piyasada pazarlanamadığını ve karpuz fiyatlarının düşük seyrettiğini belirten Bayraktar, Antep fıstığındaki arz fazlasının fiyatları düşürdüğünü ve Toprak Mahsulleri Ofisi’nin devreye girmesini önerdi.
Salçalık domates üretim alanlarının arttığını ancak salça ihracatına getirilen kısıtlamaların çiftçileri mağdur ettiğini belirten Bayraktar, yaş sebze ve meyvede de ekonomik sıkıntılar yaşandığını dile getirdi.
Ülkemizde tarım sektörü için etkin bir pazarlama sistemi ve organizasyonun kurulamamış olmasının ve mevcut sistemin aracılar tarafından kontrol edilmesinin ürün kayıplarına ve fiyat farklılıklarına neden olduğunu belirten Bayraktar, bu durumun hem üreticileri hem tüketicileri olumsuz etkilediğini söyledi.
