Kuru Meyve İhracatında Türkiye’nin Öncü Rolü
Kuru meyve ihracatı, tarım sektörleri ortalamasının üzerinde bir artış göstererek Türkiye’nin önemli bir gelir kaynağı haline gelmiştir. Özellikle dünyada sağlıklı beslenme trendlerinin artmasıyla birlikte kuru meyvelere olan talep de artmıştır. Türkiye, kuru kayısı, kuru incir ve kuru üzüm gibi ürünlerde dünya ihracatında lider konumdadır.
Geçen yıl kuru meyve ihracatı 1 milyar 560 milyon dolar iken, bu yıl 1 milyar 700 milyon doları aşmıştır. Yılın ilk 7 ayında ise 824 milyon dolarlık bir ihracat gerçekleşmiş ve bu rakam 933 milyon dolara yükselmiştir. Türkiye’nin kuru meyve ihracatındaki hedefi ise yıl sonunda 1.8 milyar dolar olarak belirlenmiştir.
Özellikle koronavirüs pandemisi sürecinde dünya çapında atıştırmalık pazarında kuru meyvelere olan talep artmıştır. Türkiye, kurutulmuş meyve pazarında ikinci sırada yer alırken, kuru üzüm, kayısı ve incirde lider konumunu sürdürmektedir.
Kuru meyve ihracatında en çok tercih edilen ülkeler arasında Avrupa Birliği (AB) ülkeleri bulunmaktadır. Almanya ve Birleşik Krallık, Türkiye’nin kuru meyve ihracatında önemli birer pazar konumundadır. Ancak son dönemde ABD’nin de bu listede yükseldiği görülmektedir.
Antep fıstığı da Türkiye’nin kuru meyve ihracatında önemli bir yere sahiptir. Geçen yıl 55 milyon dolarlık Antep fıstığı ihracatı gerçekleşirken, bu yıl bu rakam %76 artışla 97 milyon dolara yükselmiştir.
Kuru meyve ihracatında yaşanan aflatoksin sorunuyla ilgili olarak Ege Kuru Meyve ve Mamulleri İhracatçıları Birliği tarafından yapılan açıklamada, geri gönderilen ürünlerin tekrar işlenerek ihraç edildiği belirtilmiştir. Aflatoksinli ürünlerin ayrıştırılması ve geri dönüşümü için özel prosedürler uygulanmaktadır.
Kuru meyve ihracatı, Türkiye’nin ekonomisine önemli bir katkı sağlamaktadır ve sektörün gelecek yıllarda da büyümesi beklenmektedir.
