Rusya’nın yaptırımlar nedeniyle piyasa uzmanlarını şaşırttığını belirten Viyana Enerji Araştırmaları Enstitüsü Başkanı, Rusya’nın payını koruma politikası izlediğini söyledi. Rosneft’in yerel pazarda güçlü bir oyuncu olduğunu da vurguladı.
Öte yandan, Rusya’nın yaptırımları delmek için İran’ın uzmanlığından yararlandığını belirten uzmanlar, uluslararası sularda hareket eden gemilerin neredeyse 600’ünün Rus petrolü taşıdığını belirtti.
Petrol Uzmanı, OPEC+ üretim kesintilerinin fiyatları koruyabileceğini belirtti. Özellikle Kanada’nın katkısıyla, OPEC dışı arzın artması bekleniyor. Çin ve ABD’den gelen ekonomik verilerin talebi zayıflattığı ve fiyatları etkilediği belirtildi. Ancak, OPEC+ üretim kesintilerinin fiyat düşüşlerini engelleyebileceği öngörülüyor.
