Türkiye’nin Avrupa’daki bir numaralı ihracat pazarı olması nedeniyle karbon ayak izinin belirlenen sınırları aşması durumunda yüksek gümrük vergisi uygulanacak yeni mekanizmaya uyum sağlamak için Ticaret Bakanlığı harekete geçti. Yeşil Mutabakata Uyum Projesi Desteği kapsamında ‘Responsible Programı’ tanıtıldı. Bakan Ömer Bolat, geçen yıl Türkiye’nin AB’ye 104 milyar dolarlık ihracat yaptığını belirtti. AB’nin Yeşil Mutabakat hedeflerine uyum sağlamak amacıyla Ticaret Bakanlığı’nın koordinasyonunda çalışmaların hızlandığını söyledi.
Ticaret Bakanı Bolat, demir-çelik, gübre, çimento, alüminyum, elektrik ve hidrojen ile tekstil ve hazır giyim sektörlerinin sınırda karbon düzenlemesine adaptasyonunun hızlı şekilde sağlanması gerektiğini vurguladı. ‘Responsible’ Programı ile şirketlere danışmanlık hizmetlerinde 10 milyon liraya kadar destek verileceğini açıkladı. Programın 3 aşaması bulunmaktadır:
1. Firma mevcut durum analizi yapacak.
2. Sürdürülebilirlik yol haritası proje bazında uygulamaya geçirilecek ve finansal fizibilite danışmanlığı desteklenecek.
3. Hayata geçen projelerin izleme ve doğrulama danışmanlığı sağlanacak.
Bu program ile ihracatçı firmaların yeşil ve dijital dönüşüm sürecinde desteklenmesi ve ihracatta sürdürülebilirliğin sağlanması hedeflenmektedir.
